We often receive inquiries about incorporating Vitoli products into the daily regime! When is the best time to take them? Can they be combined? Should we take them with a meal or not?

Here is a practical guide where you will find all the answers to these questions in a single article! Remember that it is never dangerous to take several of our products simultaneously, where you can even break open the capsules if necessary. It is impossible to ingest too much of our Provitol Complex!

N.B. There are only two products that should be taken alone due to the presence of magnesium (magnesium can reduce the adsorption of certain molecules): Vitoli Bone Health and Vitoli Energy. The others can be taken, several at a time, without any issues!

 

Morning/Noon

  • BASE Vitamin D: taken in the morning or in the evening. Can be taken in a cold drink, mixed in yogurt, or as a direct spoonful. You can instead also take a higher dose, once a week (full dose for the week).
  • Vitoli Immunity: one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
  • Vitoli Stress and Anxiety: taken anytime during the day, in the evening before sleep, or during the night according to your needs, up to 2 capsules per day.
  • Vitoli Energy: taken in the morning or at noon according to your preference (whenever suits you best).

 

In the Evening

  • Vitoli Joints: one capsule per day, preferably during dinner.
  • BASE Vitamin D: taken in the morning or in the evening. Can be taken in a cold drink, mixed in yogurt, or as a direct spoonful. You can instead also take a higher dose, once a week (full dose for the week).
  • Vitoli Immunity: one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
  • Vitoli Menopause: two capsules taken simultaneously, preferably during dinner or in the evening, until a strong reduction in symptoms is achieved, where a single capsule should be sufficient thereafter to maintain the benefits (you can always take 2 as needed).
  • Vitoli Sleep: one or two capsules before sleeping, and always right before sleeping. If you wake up in the middle of the night, you can take one capsule of Vitoli Stress and Anxiety to help you get a full night’s sleep.
  • Vitoli Stress and Anxiety: taken anytime during the day, in the evening before sleep, or during the night according to your needs, up to 2 capsules per day.
  • Vitoli Healthy Aging: should be taken every day, morning or evening. It might be better to take it at night since it helps with cellular repair, as repair is done overnight.
  • Vitoli Memory and Cognitive Health: taken anytime, but it may be best taken at bedtime to promote its benefits on the brain at night.

 

While Eating

  • BASE Omega-3: up to 4 capsules per day, simultaneously or asynchronously (taken during a meal if you have digestive issues).
  • BASE Vitamin D: taken in the morning or in the evening. Can be taken in a cold drink, mixed in yogurt, or as a direct spoonful. You can instead also take a higher dose, once a week (full dose for the week).
  • Vitoli Vision: taken while eating, preferably with a meal containing fat.
  • Vitoli Prostate: taken while eating, preferably with a meal containing fat.
  • Vitoli Bone Health: taken while eating to promote adsorption.
  • Vitoli Cardiovascular: taken anytime, but it may be beneficial to take it with a meal.
  • BASE Probiotics : can be taken anytime, but it may be beneficial to take it with a meal.
