I take BASE Omega-3, BASE Probiotics, Vitoli Prostate, Vitoli Healthy Aging and 1000 units of vitamin D. I work out and have much less muscle heaviness in the evening in my legs and hips.
Since taking BASE Omega 3 and Probiotics, I recover much better after my intense fat bike rides . I also have more vitality in my functional training. In a month my mountain bike season will start and I can’t wait to see how I feel after intense rides!
