Return

Exchange and refund

No product opened or whose seal is broken, pierced or damaged will be accepted for exchange or refund, without prior agreement between the customer and Idunn Technologies. Any request for return must first be formulated to Idunn Technologies by email to commandes@idunntechnologies.com. The customer has thirty (30) working days from the date of receipt recorded by the carrier to make a request for return. The return of the products is at the customer’s expense. The order number must be clearly written on the shipment. The products must be returned to Idunn Technologies in perfect condition for resale, in their original state, duly sealed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice corresponding to the purchase. Products must be returned by a registered carrier, providing a tracking number and insurance for the value of the product.

Modification of an order

No changes or combining of orders will be accepted. If you have any questions or problems concerning an order, please contact us as soon as possible at commandes@idunntechnologies.com, clearly indicating your order number.

Cancellation of an order

Idunn Technologies is concerned with the complete satisfaction of its customers. A full refund will be given to a customer who wishes to cancel an order if it has not already been processed by Idunn Technologies. Please contact Idunn Technologies as soon as possible at commandes@idunntechnologies.com and mention the order number. No cancellation can be made for any order shipped and handed over to the carrier. Idunn Technologies will notify the customer by providing a response to the email.

Pickup error

In the event of an errorcommited by Idunn Technologies on your order, you must immediately contact us by email at commandes@idunntechnologies.com. Idunn Technologies will send a return label to the customer for the return of the merchandise. The customer must return the product promptly in perfect condition, duly sealed and accompanied by a copy of the invoice corresponding to the purchase. Make sure the product is well packaged (ideally the original box) to limit any damage during transport. The order number must be clearly indicated on the packaging. Idunn Technologies commits to pay the shipping costs for the return of the product and the return of the original product ordered. Idunn Technologies will not send the conform product before receiving the product sent in error to the customer.

Damaged product

To obtain an exchange for an item damaged in transit, the customer must contact Idunn Technologies at commandes@idunntechnologies.com mentioning the order number and providing pictures of the product as received from the carrier.
